Terms of Service
Last Updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using stebru.com and booking our transportation or logistics services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. SteBru operates exclusively in the Nashville, Tennessee metropolitan area.
2. Non-Emergency Services Only
STEBRU IS NOT AN AMBULANCE OR EMERGENCY SERVICE.
Our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services are strictly for passengers requiring wheelchair-accessible transport or standard sedan transport for routine medical appointments, hospital discharges, or adult day care. In the event of a medical emergency, you must dial 911 immediately. We do not provide ambulatory or stretcher transport.
3. Fleet & Driver Policies
SteBru utilizes completely unmarked sedan vehicles to ensure maximum discretion and privacy for our clients. Our vehicles do not carry medical insignias or logos. All drivers are professionally trained, certified, and uniformed (dark polo shirts). Passengers must adhere to safety guidelines while in transit.
4. Scheduling & Cancellations
We request that transports be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. Cancellations must be made directly with our dispatch team at (747) 444-0934. Late cancellations or “no-shows” may be subject to a cancellation fee as defined during your booking process.
5. Supply Logistics & Chain of Custody
For medical logistics clients, SteBru ensures strict chain of custody and temperature-controlled environments for pharmaceuticals and lab specimens. However, clients must ensure all packages are properly sealed and labeled prior to courier pickup. SteBru assumes responsibility for items only during the active transit period.
